We found this first yelp review looking for tamales on our vacation to Playacar. This lady is still there, and she still has wonderful tamales. We paid 20 pesos each, and she had a nice variety of savory and dulce tamales.
One thing to know, they are huge. Good luck! -

This street vendor sells tamales every day from 3-11pm in front of the cerrajeria d'flores, just beside the Soriana parking lot. Really tasty, big, and inexpensive. She has a large variety, including banana leaf tamales and some vegetarian options. Definitely worth a visit.
